Phillip Carlton

It is with immense sadness we announce the passing of our beloved father, Phillip Carlton of Starke FL, who left us on September 9, 2025, at the age of 73.

He was born on December 20, 1951, to James and Lucille Carlton, both of whom preceded him in death.

He is survived by his daughters, Tiffany Moore and Tina Lalla; his three grandchildren, Devin Kelly, Grey Moore, and Coral Lalla; his siblings, Dexter Carlton, Rhonda Arroyave, and Jaime Figarola; his life partner of 25 years, Danette Dickerson; and many other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.

He worked as a Mason for over 40 years in Miami FL. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, and gardening. We will always remember his soft heart, silly sense of humor, elaborate stories, and larger than life laughter. He had a passion for people and never met a stranger.

A memorial service to honor his life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home in Starke, FL.
