Phillip J. Jeffers

Mr. Phillip J. Jeffers, 52 of Middleburg, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2016. Mr. Jeffers was born May 8, 1963 in Dorloo, New York to parents James Leroy, Jr. and Pearline (Williams) Jeffers. He was an Elder at the Orange Park South Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses. Mr. Jeffers was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Antoine Jeffers, and his brother, Joey Jeffers. Survivors are his wife, Deborah Jeffers of Middleburg, children, Ryan Jeffers of Jacksonville, Ariana Jeffers and Isabella Jeffers both of Middleburg, and Catherine Stewart of New York, brothers and sisters, Peter Jeffers, Michael Jeffers, David Jeffers, Judy Jeffers, Juanita Dowdell, Jennifer Jeffers, Delilah Solomon, Michael Epps, Dennis Jeffers and William Jeffers, grandchildren, Phoenix Jeffers, Aurora Jeffers , Bryce Stewart , and Zayneria Jeffers, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, and close family friends. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Orange Park South Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses.
