Mrs. Phyllis Olivia Durden, 82 of Keystone Heights died in Starke on May 31, 2010. Mrs. Durden was born in Jacksonville, FL on July 10, 1927 to the late W. W. and Flossie (Green) Bishop. Phyllis had started her Nursing career in Jacksonville and later moved to California. In 1988 she moved to Keystone Heights where she became active in Gadara Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Dennis and their son Dean. Her survivors include her children: Diane Ross, Dale Durden, and Donnie Durden all of Keystone Heights, Cheryl Diaz of Watsonville, CA, Dennis Durden, Jr. of Salinas, CA, and Gary Durden of Red Bluff, CA. She is also survived by her sister, Louise Kuhn of Salem, OR, 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 10 Oclock at Gadara Cemetery with Pastor Shawn House officiating.
