Ragen P. Irwin Ragen P. Irwin, age 71, passed away on Sunday February 2, 2014 in Jacksonville. She was born in Pensacola, Florida on February 18, 1942 to T.R. & Agnes McCormick. Ragen was a comptroller, serving as a budget analyst for the U.S. Navy at N.A.S. Jax. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2014 in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Blvd., S. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday February 7, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
