Ralph Edward Griffis

Mr. Ralph Edward Griffis age 54, of Starke went to be the Lord on Monday, October 10, 2016 at his sisters home in Starke. Ralph was born on August 11, 1962 in West Palm Beach and moved to Starke in 1979. Prior to retirement he worked as roofer. Ralph enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his children. Preceding him in death were his parents Johnny Stratton and Violet Griffis, brother, Paul Stratton and nephew Robert Ford.Survivors are, his three beautiful daughters: Kaitlyn Poole (Daniel), Alyssa Griffis, and Jordan Griffis all of Charlotte, NC, loving sisters: Sheila Lyons (Phillip) of Starke, Sally Stratton of Mayo, Sarah Ford (Chuck) of Okeechobee, Sonya Stratton of Venice, and Ronda Butler (Butch) of Okeechobee, brother: Jerome Stratton (Renita) of Mayo. He is also survived by his nephews: James Crowe (Jessica) of Raiford, Shane Lyons and Randy Lyons both of Starke, great nephew: Hayden Rollins, great nieces: Makyllah Lyons, Shyla Crowe, Layla Crowe and Leigha Crowe, dear friends, Pam and Timmie Padgett of Starke and numerous cousins and close friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 2:30 P.M. in SAMPSON CITY CHURCH OF GOD with Brother Johnny Frampton officiating.
