Randall Eugne "Randy" Deason

Randall Eugene Deason, age 56 of Keystone Heights passed away on June 15, 2015 at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center in Palatka. Randy was born on April 9, 1959 in Hollywood, Florida. Mr. Deason remained in Hollywood for many years before relocating to Keystone Heights. He worked for Future Metals for 25 years where he held many different positions. He enjoyed collecting guns,fishing, watching TV, Miami Dolphins Football, Miami Heat Basketball,and will be remembered for his great sense of humor. He is preceded in death by his father, Ernest Eugene Deason. Survivors include his mother, Louise Hassett Deason; and sisters, Belinda A. Pierce, Cynthia D. McConville, and Pamela D. Lazzaro. He is also survived by his niece and nephews: Rob, Lisa, Jeff who he spent many hours on the phone with and Justin who was his "hangout" buddy, his sports and guns enthusiast friend, Tom Myatt, and his childhood friend and fishing buddy, Mike Heynis. A Graveside service will take place at Vincent City Cemetery in Vincent, Alabama on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 2:30 pm central time. Pastor Don Morris from Arkwight Baptist Church will officiate.
