Mr. Ray L. Bell, 69, of Starke died at his residence on Wednesday, May 20, 2009. Mr. Bell was born on February 13, 1940 in Lawtey, FL to the late John and Alma (Forsyth) Bell. Mr. Bell was a member of the Congregational Methodist Church, a life long resident of Bradford County, and was a retired supervisor of a Garment Manufacturing business. His survivors include his daughter: Tracy Wicks; siblings; Irvin Bell, Carrie Griffis, and Mary Lynn Wilkerson all of Starke. Funeral services for Mr. Bell will be held in the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel on Friday, May 22, 2009, at 11 oclock with the Rev. Neal Griffis officiating. Burial will be at Lawtey Cemetery.
