Rebecca "Becky" Virginia Tozzi, resident of Newberry, Florida passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at Haven Hospice surrounded by family. She was 94. She was born on Tuesday, June 21, 1927 in Delaplane, Virginia to Herbert W. Hall and Rebecca P. Dawson. Becky was the beloved wife of Robert E. Tozzi (deceased), mother of Billy (deceased), Steven, Susan, Robert (deceased), Tracey, and Adrianna. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and survived by her brother Thurman and brother-in-law Eddie. She was the beloved grandmother of Angie, Michael (deceased), Mario, Melissa, Jake and great-grandmother of Naomi and Livy. She enjoyed dancing and arts and crafts. She was a wonderful cook. She loved butterflies and ladybugs. Becky was a beautiful, sweet soul who will be greatly missed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 10 a.m. with a viewing at 9 a.m. at Queen of Peace, 10900 SW 24th Ave in Gainesville. Please dress casually. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help find a cure for Ehler's Danlos VEDS movement, in honor of her grandson Michael who passed away onemonth before her, Haven Hospice or Kainos.
