Ms. Rhonda Eugenia Moreland McKinney age 46, of Rochelle, Georgia passed away July 17, 2014 in Green Cove Springs, FL. She was born on December 23, 1967 in Ashburn, Georgia and had attended the Turner County High School where she was a majorette in the high school band. Rhonda loved being a MOM, grandmother, and a little sister to her big brother and fishing. Rhonda was preceded in death by her father Gerald Moreland. Survivors are her two sons, Justin Clark and Dustin Clark; her big brother, Tracy Moreland and their mom Jean Daniel and two additional brothers Danny Godwin and Craig Godwin. Also left behind are two grandsons, one granddaughter, numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm. at the Morningside Cemetery in Rochelle on Sunday, July 27, 2014. Arrangements are by JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME, 340 E.
