Richard Wayne Hall

Mr. Richard W. Hall, Sr., age 83, of Keystone Heights passed away Sunday, December 15, 2019, at Orange Park Medical Center. He was born July 30, 1936, in Jacksonville to the late Hayes and Edna (Sandvik) Hall, and retired from JEA after 20 years of dedicated service. He was a member of Freedom Baptist Church where he volunteered countless hours doing electrical work. Mr. Hall was known as a people person and never met a stranger; he enjoyed camping, was an avid Gator fan and in his younger years he enjoyed being on the water fishing, boating or water skiing. But, most of all he cherished the time spent with his family. Mr. Hall leaves behind his loving wife of 60 years Arnola (Boynton) Hall of Keystone Heights and their two sons Rick Hall (Shelli) of Jacksonville and Scott Hall (Pam) of Keystone Heights. Also left behind are two grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Hall will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2019, at Freedom Baptist Church with Pastor Jason Stephens officiating.
