Mr. Richard William Hoffman, 83, of Frederick Maryland passed away on March 2 at his residence in Midlothian Virginia.Born on April 8, 1941, Richard led a full and complete life. A City of Frederick Firefighter at United Company 3, US Army veteran, and a Lab Technician at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Md. where he ultimately retired after 28 years.Son of Walter G. And Beatrice Hoffman, Richard was a loving husband to the late Diane Hoffman. He is survived by three sons, Matthew William, Christopher Richard, and Andrew Mathias, daughter Camille Diane, two brothers Ronald and John Hoffman, and sister Irene Forrest.A small graveside ceremony to take place in Jacksonville, Florida where he will rest peacefully beside his wife.
