Mr. Richard Harding LesterMr. Richard Harding Lester age 91, of Penney Farms passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Community Hospice Acosta-Rua Center for Caring in Jacksonville. Mr. Lester was born on March 2, 1921 in Milford, CT to the late William and Helen (Scott) Lester and moved to Penney Farms from New Smyrna Beach. Prior to retirement he worked as a psychologist. Richard served in the United States Air Force, was a member of the Lions Club, Kiwanis Club, and Rotary Club. He was preceded in death by his wife and son Richard Gerald Lester. Survivors are his daughters: Barbara Lester Ryan of Danvers, MA; Colleen Lester Meuse of Gloucester, MA; son: Francis Xavier Lester of Danvers, MA; four grandchildren; one great grandchild.
