Richard Patrick Maloney, 81, died Friday, September 23, 2022 in a local hospital. Mr. Maloney was born September 26, 1940 in East Hartford, Connecticut to Mary and Patrick Maloney. He was retired Regional Director for Medicare Services for the State of Florida. Survivors include two daughters, Deborah Ann Maloney and Kerry Maloney Olds, both of Jacksonville; a son, Patrick Joseph Maloney II of Danville, Indiana; and a brother, James Maloney of Austin, Texas.
