Richard Dale Mann Mann-Richard Dale, 70, a retired Jacksonville Police Officer, died November 23, 2011 as a result of colon cancer. Born on April 21, 1941 in Jacksonville, FL, the son of Mr. & Mrs. Jackson D. Mann, Sr., Mr. Mann is survived by his wife Karen and his daughter Sherri Karolewicz, a brother, Don Mann and special friends Amy Adams and Thomas Karolewicz. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the local Community Hospice Foundation or the Jacksonville Humane Society.
