Mr. Richard McNeil Stallings age 66 of Starke, Passed away Monday, November 13, 2023 at Riverwood Health and Rehab. Richard was born in Jacksonville on January 17, 1957 and prior to retirement worked as a handyman. Preceding him in death was his father, Everett Marvin Stallings. Survivors are his mother, Violet Louise (Forgette) Stallings of Starke, sister, Marvina Steadman of Starke, brother, Daniel Stallings (Ann) of Crawfordville.
