Mr. Ricky Bruce McLoughlin, age 57 of Starke passed away unexpectedly at his home Saturday, May 24, 2025. He was born April 15, 1968, in Atlanta, Georgia to John and Peggy (Price) McLoughlin. Ricky proudly served in the United Navy where he earned a Good Conduct Award, Navy "E" Ribbon, National Service Medal, and Sea Service Deployment Ribbon. Ricky began his career as a Fabricator with Bellingham Marine in Jacksonville over 25 years ago. He has been a longtime and active member of the Amvets Post 86 in Keystone Heights where he was head trustee and cook for many years. Ricky also loved cooking for ALL the childrens events the post hosted. He was loved by all that new him. Being as Ricky had such a huge heart for children, please omit flowers and make a donation to the Shriners Hospital in Rickys name. Rickys father John McLoughlin had preceded him in death. Survivors are his loving and devoted wife of 36 years Darlene (Kindly) McLoughlin, his mother Peggy (Price) McLoughlin, sister Peggy Boaz (Tommy), brothers Rhett (Debbie) McLoughlin., Robbie McLoughlin (Buffy), Raymond McLoughlin (Heidi), Randy McLoughlin (Gloria), nephews Jonathan Boaz and Christopher McLoughlin, nieces Ashley, Brandon, Haley, and Hannah McLoughlin; great nephews, Salom and Judas. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 2, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Keystone Heights Cemetery.
