Robert E. Carr, 93, proud WWII veteran, passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 5:05 p.m. at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville. He was a native of White County, Indiana and was a real estate broker in Florida for many years. He was a proud family man who was loved dearly by five generations of his family.Survivors include his wife of 73 years Norma Carr, Bell, one son Pastor Jeff (Jodi) Carr, Rio Roncho, New Mexico; one daughter Lynne (Gus) Perfetto, High Springs; 3 granddaughters Gina (Bart) Geiger , High Springs; Chandra (Luis) Curbelo, Ellisville; Jessica (Mike) Whittet, Alburquerque, New Mexico; one grandson Robert Wozniak, San Antonio, Florida; 8 great grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 7 p.m. at Evans Carter Funeral Home in High Springs.Arrangements under the care of Evans Carter Funeral Home, 386-454-2444.
