Robert "Bob" Arthur Stuebe, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, April 17, 2012. He was born September 15, 1924 in Danville, IL to Arthur and Ada Stuebe. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving in WWII in India. He moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida, graduating in 1949 in Business. He was an accountant and an investor in Gainesville until his retirement. He was a member of Parkview Baptist Church.He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Elizabeth Stuebe, daughter Pam S. Poe, grandchildren Brett Poe and Bryce Poe (Brittany).Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at Forest Meadows Memorial Park Central, Chapel in the Meadows, 4100 NW 39th Ave., Gainesville, FL with Pastor Calvin Carr officiating. Burial will follow.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the North Central Baptist Church Building Fund or Haven Hospice.
