Mrs. Roberta "Bobbie" Hilliard Martin Blair 98 of Keystone Heights passed away Monday, August 29, 2022, in Starke. She was born December 21, 1923, in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey to John and Albera B. (Reynolds) Watt. Mrs. Blair was a homemaker and a missionary serving in Aruba, Curacao, and Trinidad. She enjoyed playing the accordion, teaching childrens classes, and was the author of two books, The Blessings of Going to the Islands of the Sea and The Blessings of Going into All the World. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her first husband V.L. Martin and her second husband of 31 years Nevin E. Blair. Survivors include her children Terry R. Martin of Wabash, IN, Timothy J. Martin of Citrus, and Thomas L. Martin of Georgia. Bobbie was a loving grandma to twenty grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. A graveside service for Mrs. Blair will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 1, 2022, with her son Rev. Terry R. Martin officiating. Interment will be at the Keystone Heights Cemetery.
