Robin Gregory Griffiths

Mr. Robin Gregory Griffiths 68 of Melrose passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Shands Hospital in Gainesville. He was born June 1, 1952, in Cobleskill, New York to Herbert and Dorothy (Bowne) Griffiths, Sr. In 1968 Robin moved from Middlefield, New York to Gainesville where he graduated from Gainesville High School in 1970 and then attended Massey Tech. He used his creativity drafting plans and woodworking as a career over the last five decades. Robin had a passion for anything related to motorcycles, restoring, racing and of course riding BMW "bikes". His smile and ability to make people laugh is something all that knew him will dearly miss. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his sister Dawn Griffiths Patterson. Left behind is his wife of 10 years Deborah Henderson; daughters Heather Smither and Angela Schmidt; three brothers Ralph Griffiths, Herbert Griffiths Jr. and wife Debby, Terry Griffiths and wife Debbie; sister Pamela and husband Larry Harris and brother in-laws David Patterson and Claude Henderson. Also left behind are three grandchildren Callista, Sadie and Reid along with many nieces and nephews. There are no scheduled services at this time.
