Roche Burch

Roche Burch, 68, passed away June 28, 2020. He was born in Effingham, Illinois on March 27, 1952 to Carl and Freda Burch. Roche moved to Jacksonville where he met his wife, Dorothy. They were married on September 23, 1978. He worked as a lineman and foreman for JEA for thirty years.He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; his children, Stephenie Scott, Woodie Burch (Amanda Romagnolo), and April Burch (Chris Tessitore); grandchildren Peyton Scott, Kiley Scott, Andres Pena, Jordan Romagnolo, Riley Burch, Tucker Tessitore, and Samuel Burch. He is also survived by his brother, Larry Burch, of Columbus, OH and his sister, Teresa Lowe, of Indianapolis, IN.Due to Covid-19, there will be a private, family service held at George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Blvd., S., on Friday July 3.A celebration of life will be held at a later date..
