Collins officiating. Rodney is survived by his wife of thirty three years; Tina Renee David, two daughters; Chyanne Renee David and Ashley Kasper. One son Dillon Joseph David. Two sisters; Gail David and Teresa Pendergrass (Timmy). Four grand-daughters; Avery Casper, Ansley Casper, Arden Casper and Jewell Ciraco.
