It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Rosalee Anne Dugan, who left this world peacefully on April 24, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on October 16, 1947, in Trenton, New Jersey, Rosalee was a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone she met.

Rosalee dedicated her life to caring for her family, and her unwavering love and support will be cherished by her daughter, Jessica Stump, and her grandchildren, Tyler Brubaker, Jesse Morton Jr., and Aliyah Morton. She also delighted in the joy of her great-grandchildren, Alana Brubaker and Tyler Copper Brubaker. Rosalee shared a special bond with her sisters, Mary Olmstead and Laura McGrath, who will remember her fondly.

A woman of resilience, Rosalee faced life's challenges with grace and dignity, teaching those around her the importance of compassion and understanding. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Rosalee was preceded in death by her parents Larry and Archangelina Tarantino, and her sister Linda Tarantino
