Ms. Rose Marie HardeeMs. Rose Marie Hardee age 66, of Starke passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at her residence. Ms. Hardee was born on January 1, 1947 in St. Petersburg and was a Baptist. Prior to retirement she worked in several businesses as a bookkeeper and retired from Brasington Cadillac-Oldsmobile of Gainesville in 2005. She was preceded in death by her parents Volley Lee and Mary Agnes (Johnson) Starling and her biological mother Ruth Johnson Crews. Survivors are: her husband Robert M. Swanson of Starke; step-children: Jennifer Swanson of Starke and Michael Swanson of Lake City; sisters: Sandra Crews Penell of Gainesville; Lillian Crews Weldon of London, KY; Gloria Crews Sapp of Williston; Sharon Crews Bayne of Worthington Springs; Ginger Crews Saucer of Waldo; Brother: Frank Crews of Starke; nine grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME in Starke on Friday, September 13, 2013 from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be on Saturday morning, September 14, 2013 at 11 oclock in the DEWITT C. JONES CHAPEL at Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home with Reverend Roman Alvarez officiating.
