Mrs. Rose Lee Lynch age 90, of Starke passed away Friday, June 21, 2019 at Shands Starke Regional Medical Center. She was born in Jacksonville on July 4, 1928 and was a homemaker. Rose enjoyed square dancing, fishing and boating. Preceding her in death was her father, William Rains, her husband of 47 years, Eloy H. "Bucky" Perez and her husband of 6 years, William Lynch, siblings, Elmo Rains and Stella Rains. She is survived by her son, Kenneth (Joan) Perez, grandchildren, Shane Perez, Allen Perez, Susanne Perez and Joshua Carlton. Memorial services have not been scheduled.
