Mrs. Rosemary Fitz Mullins age 93, of Keystone Heights passed away Sunday, September 16, 2018, at Windsor Health and Rehabilitation in Starke. She was born October 13, 1924, in Charles Town, West Virginia to Herbert and Catherine (Hartzell) Rogers and was a homemaker. Mrs. Mullins had been a resident of Keystone Heights and a member of First Baptist Church for many years. She also enjoyed flowers, cats and watching birds. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband of 35 years, William E. "Jimy" in 1979 and three younger brothers whom also lived to be in their 90s. Mrs. Mullins is survived by her daughter Ann Whitacre of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia; two grandchildren T.L. Whitacre and Gina Whitacre along with two great grandchildren Ashton Whitacre and Madison Whitacre. Also left behind are three extremely devoted and caring friends Mark Maxwell, Marie Toombs and Bea Buckles. There are no local scheduled services. Mrs. Mullins will be interred at the Culpeper National Cemetery in Virginia. Arrangements are under the care of JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME, 340 E. WALKER DR.
