Mrs. Rosha Morgan Smith age 90, of Starke passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2014 following an extended illness. She was born in Lawtey on August 10, 1923 to the late William H. and Lillie E. (Sapp) Morgan. Mrs. Smith had owned and operated Rochas Beauty Shop in Starke since 1956 and was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Dennis H. Smith; son, James William Smith; brother, Claude A. Morgan; and sisters, Bertie Loper and Dorothy Herndon. Survivors are her son, Ronald "Ronnie" D. Smith of Chicago, Illinois; one daughter, Judy Milam of Tampa; One brother, William "Bill" Morgan (Mary) of Crestview, three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, and her special caregiver Betty Lane. A memorial service will be held Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made too: First Baptist Church (General Fund) 163 W.
