Ruby Carol Ellis Ruby Carol Ellis, 61, who passed away on July 14, 2013. Mrs. Ellis was born in Jacksonville, Florida and was a lifelong resident. She was an artist and was a creator of beautiful things. She enjoyed arts and crafts in many forms including flowers, dolls, quilting, crocheting, and creating clowns. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She will be missed by many. Survivors include her mother, Jacqulyne Meyer; 1 daughter, Frances E. Walker; 1 son, Roger C. Leach; 1 brother, James Ray Noble; 5 grandchildren, Daniel Walker, David Walker, Ashly Walker, Bobby Walker, and Dylan Leach; 1 great-granddaughter, Kaylee Meyer and a host of other relatives and friends.
