Rushann Jones Smith passed away at St. Vincent's Hospital in Middleburg, FL. on September 29, 2021, at 66 years of age. She was born to the late Luvena and Willis Odell Jones, Sr. in Macon, GA. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Russell G. Smith, Jr., her siblings Willis O. Jones, Jr., and Lurene Penrod. She is survived by her children: Paul O. Todd, Brenda T. Basye, Betsy L. Boyle, Charles L. Smith, Sr., and her son/grandson Charles L. Smith, Jr., her brother, Larry T. Jones (Irma Jones) along with 13 grandchildren, (Damion, Alyssa, Lil Paul, Britney, Joshua, Jordan, Deven, Keven, Quartney, Kristina, Carra, Morgan and Nadia) and 8 great-grandchildren.
