Mr. Russell B. Echelbarger, 67, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016 in Green Cove Springs. Mr. Echelbarger was born July 19, 1948 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Claude B. and Edna M. (Paulin) Echelbarger. He worked as a Maintenance Electrician for Anheuser-Busch of Jacksonville and belonged to Clay County Cruzers and Unforgettable Rides. Surviving him are his wife, Sharon L. (Snell) Echelbarger of Green Cove Springs, son Lee H. Echelbarger of Jacksonville, and his brother Ron Echelbarger of Sierra Vista, Arizona. The family will hold services at a later date.
