Russell Franklin Rogers "Frank", 76, of High Springs, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025. Frank was born in Lumberton, North Carolina on January 31, 1949 to Therrie C. and Doris G. (Demott) Rogers. Frank was married to Jacalyn Rogers for 5 years.Frank was a builder in the construction industry. He loved the woods, being outdoors, and teaching young people about nature. He was an active member of the High Springs Seventh-Day Adventist Church and he was a Pathfinder leader.He was preceded in death by his parents, Therrie and Doris Rogers.Frank is survived by his wife, Jacalyn Rogers; his sons, Bryan Rogers of Virginia and Travis Rogers of Colorado; sister, Myrna Dickerhoff (Dallas) of Florida; and brother, Ron Rogers.A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 5:15 p.m. at the High Springs Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 23874 W U.S. Hwy 27.
