Ruth Ann Ahrgal

Ms. Ruth Ann Ahrgal, 83 of Penney Farms, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016. Ms. Ahrgal was born May 11, 1933 in Decatur, Alabama to the late Amil T. and Mildred R. (Stelk) Tonn. She was a resident of the Penney Farms Retirement Community since 1999 and previously resided in Miami. Ms. Ahrgal held a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama, and attended the St. Peters Lutheran Church in Middleburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Ahrgal. Survivors are her sister, Lois Hocksprung of Aurora, IL, brother, Eugene Tonn of Orlando, nephews Kevin Delaney of Gainesville, Ted Hochsprung of Aurora, IL, and David Hochsprung of Sarasota, nieces Pat Delaney of TX, Gail Zieche of Aurora, IL, sue Miller of Brownsburg, IN, Vicky Williams of Orlando, Susan Tayloe, of Orlando. Also surviving are her 7 grand nephews and 2 great grand nephews. Memorial services for Mrs. Ahrgal will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 1614 Blanding Blvd., Middleburg, FL 32068.
