It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ruth A. Crum, a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, who left this world peacefully on August 31, 2025, at the age of 87. Born on February 20, 1938, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Ruth's journey brought her to Dunnellon, Florida.

Ruth dedicated her life to serving others as a waitress in the food service industry. Her warm smile and kind heart made her a beloved fixture in the lives of many. Ruth served as the cornerstone of her family, providing unyielding support and love to her sons, Charles and Brian Smith, her nine grandchildren, as well as her cherished nine great-grandchildren.

As we remember Ruth A. Crum, let us carry forward her legacy of love, kindness, and familial devotion. She will be missed but never forgotten.
