ObituaryRuth Naomi Newmans, 92, passed away on November 11, 2022. She was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. She had attended Oceanway Assembly of God and had retired from Little Champ Food Stores as a Manager after many years. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, the late Frank Newmans Sr., and 3 daughters, Martha Bates, Joyce Lanier, and Mary McGregor; Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth Newmans Johnson (Edward); and Son, Frank Newmans Jr., (Debra); 12 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 26 great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 PM at George H.
