Obituary For Sally C Dell

Sallie C. Parker Dell, 87, of Starke, transitioned on April 10, 2026, at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville. She was born on December 8, 1938, in Starke to Willie Randolph and Clarrie B Parker. She was a retired nurse.

She was a member of Allen Chapel AME Church and was known for her generous and transparent nature. She enjoyed traveling, game shows, and talking on the phone with family and friends. She particularly loved music, incense and candles.

In addition to her parents, those who preceded her in death were her brother, Pap Randolph; her children, Ricky Randolph, Brenda Randolph-Lewis, Jacquelyn Robinson, and June Dell-Benefield; and her former husband, Cain E. Dell Sr.

She is survived by her children: Gale Randolph, Bennie Robinson, Wade Randolph, Esther Deborah Daniel, Cain E. Dell Jr., and Arden C. Dell; her grandchildren: Terrance Williams, Savier Dell, Breshea Dell, and Joel Dell-Lewis; her aunt, Diana Owens and uncle Anthony Parker; and her cousins, Gwendolyn Hankerson, Jennie DeSue, and Lorraine McCray-Brown. She also leaves behind a host of great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Celebration of Life service will be held virtually for all family and friends to gather together, May 16, 2026 at 4 pm.
