Samantha "Sam" Michelle Birdsall

Mrs. Samantha "Sam" Michelle Birdsall, age 37, of Jacksonville passed away Monday, October 28, 2019, suddenly. She was born January 14, 1982, in Jacksonville and was a homemaker. Sams passion in life was taking care of her children. Her grandfather Ottis "Reb" Dixon, Sr. had preceded her in death. Sams survivors are four children Justice Birdsall and Seth Riley Birdsall both of Middleburg, Lauren Birdsall of Jacksonville and Malia Maurer of New York; father and step-mom Ottis and Brenda Dixon, Jr. of Keystone Heights; mother Wendy (Warman) White of St. Augustine; paternal grandmother Linda Dixon of Keystone Heights; maternal grandmother Donna Hamry (Paul) of Middleburg and maternal grandfather John Warman of Jacksonville. Also left behind is a step-brother Robert Jackson of Jacksonville; several aunts, uncles and numerous cousins and extended family and friends that will miss her dearly.
