Samantha Jayne Sanchez

Samantha Jayne "Sami" Sanchez, age 25, beloved daughter, sister & friend, passed away tragically on October 12, 2015. Sami was a Jacksonville native and worked as an Orthodontist's Assistant. Sami was well loved by her family and her many friends. She is survived by her mother, Kelly Jayne Sanchez; her father, Sergio Sanchez; her brother, Josh; as well as many extended family and numerous friends. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday October 16, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. in George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard South and on Saturday October 17, 2015 from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 N. Main Street.
