Mr. Samuel Lee McGlothren, 48, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021 in Jacksonville. Samuel was born September 29, 1972 in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas to Lemuel Dewey McGlothren and Phuong Thi Duy Nguyen. He served in the United States Army and in his free time enjoyed football, especially watching the Alabama team, professional wrestling, as well as fishing. His sister, Christina M. McGlothren, preceded him in death. Survivors are his father and step-mother, Lemuel and Deborah McGlothren of Gulf Shores, Alabama, mother, Phuong Thi Duy Nguyen of Las Vegas, son, Christian Alexander McGlothren of Green Cove Springs, wife, Donna Moore of Jacksonville, step-son, Isaac Moore of Jacksonville and step-sister, Felicia Shannon of Gulf Shores, Alabama.
