Sandra Kay Galloway, age 66, of Keystone Heights, Florida, passed away on April 19, 2026. She was born on July 27, 1959, in Scottsburg, Indiana, to Orbin Spencer and Wanda (Newby) Spencer.

Sandra married the love of her life, Robert "Bob" A. Galloway, in 1982, and together they built a life centered on family, love, and dedication. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who cherished every moment spent with those she loved.

Her faith was an important part of her life, and she found comfort and community through her church, New Grace Baptist Church , which guided her with strength and grace. Sandra loved riding on the motorcycle with her husband, spending time gardening, and traveling to new places.

She is survived by her husband, Robert "Bob" Galloway; her daughter, Christi (Jacob); and her beloved grandchildren, Jordyn and Jackson. She is also survived by her siblings: Scott Spencer (Sheila), Marvin Spencer (Shirlene), Martin Spencer (Robin), Beverly Cruz (the late Tim), and Jenny Woodruff (Steve), along with many nieces and nephews who will fondly remember her warmth and kindness.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Orbin and Wanda Spencer, and her sister, Martha Whitsitt. She is also remembered by her brother-in-law, Lynn Whitsitt, who survives.
