Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South Jacksonville, FL 32216 with Pastor Rocky Morris officiating. She will be laid to rest after the service later in the day at the Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road Jacksonville, FL 32218 at 2:30 PM.Sandra had many hobbies, she loved dancing, traveling, gardening and feeding all types of birds in her yard.Sandra is survived by her loving husband Albert Elvis Kersey of Jax, FL. A daughter Shellie Kersey of Saint Johns, FL. Four sisters; Helen B. Wilkerson (Charles) of Jax, FL, Jean B. Stevens of Jax, FL, Wanda B. Anderson of Jax, FL and Deborah L. Richards (Billy) of St. Augustine, FL.
