Sandra Whiffen Mann

Sandra Whiffen Mann, age 68, of Keystone Heights passed away at her home on Monday, January 9, 2016 following an extended illness. She was born in Milton, FL on October 14, 1948 to the late Carlton and Clovett (Jacobs) Craft. In1958, Mrs. Mann moved to Bradford County from Bonifay. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Mann was a licensed and registered Optician. Her previous husband of 19 years, Wayne Whiffen and her sister Linda Osteen had both preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Louis Mann; two sisters, Sue Samons of Keystone Heights and Debbie (Gary) Wallace of Starke; three brothers, Lonnie (Helen) Craft of Alachua, James Craft of Starke, and Ewell (Janet) Craft of Keystone Heights. Also left behind are four step-daughters, Jean (Bill) Hindle of Crawfordville, Ella (Tim) Anderson of Green Cove Springs, Lori Mann of Patrick Air Force Base, and Sherri Mann of Starke; two step-sons, Mike Whiffen of Yulee, and Louis Allen (Amanda) Mann of Starke, along with numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren. The family will receive friends the funeral home, Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Crosby Lake Cemetery.
