Sandra "Sandy" Lillian Noebel, aged 66, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2013 after a long illness. Sandy was born on March 17, 1947 in New Haven Connecticut to parents Concetta and Joseph P Concelmo Jr. She attended Hamden High, where she graduated with honors. Sandy spent twenty-five years in Gainesville where she worked at CriserHall as a fiscal operations supervisor before retiring to Ormond Beach, Florida. Sandy enjoyed many things including going to the beach, shopping, doting on her animals, andspending time with friends and family. Sandy had an amazing sense ofhumor that will be missed by all. Sandy leaves behind her husband RobertNobel and two daughters Lynn Borelli and Patricia Hansen, as well as three grandchildren Elizabeth, Samantha and Robert. She also leaves behind sister Angela Barbieri and nieces Jennifer and Melissa. As well asbrother Robert Concelmo, sister-in-law Diane and nephews Daniel and Matthew.
