Sandra R. Snay

Mrs. Sandra R. "Sandy" Snay age 63, of Keystone Heights passed away Friday, May 25, 2018 at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center following an extended illness. She was born July 21, 1954 in Dearborn, Michigan to the late Raymond and Joyce (Stark) Wieland. Mrs. Snay had been a resident of Keystone Heights for the past 36 years and gave many hours volunteering in the community in which she loved dearly. She was of the Catholic faith; enjoyed outings with her family going on vacations and taking cruises. She also loved cooking and was devoted to her son. Mrs. Snay is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 39 years Maurice Snay of Keystone Heights and their two children Michelle Mason (Shawn) of East Bloomfield, Michigan and Bear Snay (Brittany) of Lake Panasoffkee. Also left behind are seven siblings Edward, Nancy, Janet, Dawn, Ray, Kristen and Kitty along with two grandsons Winston and James. A celebration of life for Sandy will be held Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the home of Julie Ogden, 6433 Baker Road, Keystone Heights, FL 32656. Interment of her cremated remains will follow at the Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery in Flat Rock, Michigan at a later date. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your local Humane Society.
