TARWATER: Funeral services for Sandra Elaine Tarwater, 80, who passed away on November 18, 2021, will be held Tuesday at 10:30 AM from the graveside in Jacksonville National Cemetery, with Pastor Paul Lucas officiating. Mrs. Tarwater was a native of Jacksonville, Florida and a longtime resident. She was currently residing in Hilliard, Florida. She was an Election Poll Worker for the Duval County Supervisor of Elections for over 40 years, was a college football fan and she also loved the Kansas City Chiefs. She loved the beach and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Baptist faith and will be remembered as a loving mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 36 years, the late Clifford Tarwater; Survivors include her 2 daughters, Michelle Harris (Eric), and Sarah "Beth" Musgrove (Kelly); 1 son, Donald Myers; 3 grandchildren, Jennifer Wright (Rob), Jessica Carrol (Russ), and Ryan Groves. Several great-grandchildren. Her loving trusting dog, Isabella. In lieu flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to Community Hospice of N. E.
