Sarah Elizabeth (Betty) Henderly, age 90, passed away on March 3, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Harold B. (Hal) Henderly, her son, Dale Henderly, and her grandson, Barry L. Glick. She is survived by 3 daughters, Beth (Eric) Holding, Kay (Rick) Dougherty, and Zoe (Doug) Haraden; 2 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 4 nieces and 2 nephews. She greatly loved music and gardening, and was a member of the Gainesville Garden Club for many years. The family would like to express their gratitude to the Village, especially the nurses and staff in Jasmine Point, and to Haven Hospice for their comfort and support. A memorial service will be held at a later date under the direction of Forest Meadows.
