Mr. Scott Randall Lilly age 50 of Tampa passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, June 20, 2023. He was born in Bluefield, West Virginia to Henry C. and Beverly Carol (Ziegler) Lilly, Jr. Scott was an attorney and partner with Gionis, Lilly & Romero, PLLC Law Firm in Tampa Bay and greater Orlando. He was a member of First Methodist of Starke and Hyde Park United Methodist of Tampa. Scott had numerous interests including foreign travel and golfing, but his passions were singing opera, supporting foster care, and caring for his family. In addition to his parents, Scott leaves behind his loving wife of nearly 30 years Holly (Shields) Lilly and their children William Lilly (13), Lauren Lilly (12), Nathan Lilly (12), and Gabriel Lilly (3) all of Tampa; 3 brothers H.C. Lilly of Oklahoma, Andrew Lilly of Tampa Bay, and John Lilly of Lakeland along with nieces and nephews. Also left behind are his brother and sister in-law Adam and Amanda (Seay) Stevenson of Starke, mother and father in-law Carole and Warren Stevenson of Starke, Bill and Kaye Shields of Oklahoma and a host of extended family members and countless dear friends. A memorial service and celebration of Scotts legacy will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 24, 2023, in the First Methodist of Starke with Reverend Josh Reinken officiating.
