Mr. Scott Edward Stone, Sr. age 69, of Keystone Heights passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Shands UF. Mr. Stone was born on December 2, 1944 in Newport, NH to the late Walter and Jennie (Jennison) Stone and moved to Keystone Heights 14 years ago from Deltona. Prior to retirement he was a mechanic in the United States Air Force and served during the Vietnam War. Scott enjoyed woodworking, NHRA Racing, and was a former drag racer. Survivors are: his wife of 22 years Lynne (Rommel) Stone of Keystone Heights, children: Michelle Bevilacqua, Lori Hodgdon, and Scott Stone all of Newport, NH, Robin Chattin of Melrose, Ron Bentley of New Smyrna Beach, and Danielle Bently of North Carolina, thirteen grandchildren, and eighteen great grandchildren.
