Burial will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery.Born October 7, 1936 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to Helen and John Conway, Mrs. Lowe died Saturday, October 30, 2021 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was a retired Financial Clerk from the Federal Reserve Bank. Mrs. Lowe was predeceased by two sisters, Patricia Leach and Ann Eileen Gingras.
