Obituary

Mrs. Shirley Belle Outlaw age 80 of Keystone Heights passed away at her home Wednesday March 13, 2013, following an extended illness. Mrs. Outlaw was born on December 20, 1932 in Miami to the late Shirley Jack and Georgia (Landis) Wells and was a homemaker. She has been a resident of Keystone Heights since 1984 moving from the Ft. Lauderdale area. Mrs. Outlaw was a member of the Christ Independent Methodist Church of Palatka, she enjoyed playing the piano, cooking, crocheting, spending time with her family but most of all she enjoyed being a wife, mother, and grandmother. Her survivors are her husband of 62 years Lee Wylie Outlaw, Jr. and their children; Lee Wylie Outlaw, III his wife Gloria of Texas, Shirley Deborah Newcomb her husband George, Pamela Outlaw Mellone her husband Brian David, and Rebecca Outlaw Wagoner her husband Mark all of Keystone Heights, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Outlaw will be held on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL with Pastor Michael Hudson officiating. Viewing will begin one hour to services beginning. Burial will follow at the Keystone Heights Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME, 340 E. WALKER DR.
