Sidney Franklin Griffis

Mr. Sidney Franklin Griffis, III age 59, of Starke passed away Monday, September 30, 2019 at Wuesthoff Brevard Hospice. Mr. Griffis was born on January 2, 1960 in Starke and worked many odd jobs. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and had a great love for horses. He was preceded in death by his father, Sidney Franklin Griffis, Jr. and his brother Michael Griffis. Survivors are: his mother Therese "Terry" (Guinen) Griffis of Starke, children, Kyle Griffis, Sidney Griffis, IV both of Starke, Terri Lynn Hancock of Cocoa, Katie Griffis of Palm Bay, and Crystal Anderson of Starke. Also left is his sister, Brenda Ricketson (Don) of Vidalia, Georgia and nine grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the DEWITT C. JONES CHAPEL of Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home on Friday, October 4, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. with memorial services beginning at 11 oclock.
